By introducing digital printing technology, it achieves a high degree of design freedom that surpasses traditional silk screening while also incorporating environmentally friendly designs that eliminate solvents. The use of UV curing allows for surface textures and gloss finishes, enabling features such as glass-like clear window placements, emphasis on buttons and logos, and various functionalities like anti-glare, fingerprint resistance, and antibacterial properties. Furthermore, by consolidating and shielding switch circuits and LEDs on the membrane side, it significantly reduces the size of internal printed circuit boards (PCBs) while simultaneously preventing malfunctions caused by noise. From simple, compact non-tactile panels to large keyboards requiring complex assemblies, it provides custom interface assemblies tailored to customer needs.
